HCS installed a 12-zone, distributed audio system with AM/FM radio, an iPod dock and the homeowner’s personal music collection stored on the system’s internal hard drive, for convenient access and custom organization. The 8-zone distributed HDTV system gives instant access to cable DVR, streaming video and the homeowner’s stored DVD collection.

This home is now more comfortable and cozy, thanks to lighting and window shade control, flush radiant patio and deck heaters, and a 10-zone hydronic heating system. The family is kept safe with the latest security technology, and their landscape maintenance needs are addressed through an irrigation controller. All systems are controlled through iPads, iPhones, wireless touch screens, and computers, either onsite or remotely.
